Warranty and Returns Disclosure Statement & Policies

Warranty:
All items sold in this website, except cans and pails, are covered under and subject to the respective and applicable manufacturer's exclusive warranty and time limitations.  Please contact the respective manufacturer for repair information and assistance.

Return Policy:
All sales are final.   For any items deemed to be defective and purchased within 30 days, customers are requested to contact us at (604) 420-0959 or email at sales@bagsdirect.ca for determination if the item is indeed defective or is covered under warranty.  If determined to be covered, we will provide 1) authorization to return the item to us and 2) provide any special instructions applicable to the item being shipped.  Any product returned for repair or replacement must be delivered freight prepaid in either it's original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection.  Items returned for other reasons may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.   Returns received without prior authorization can be refused and returned to sender.

The above policies apply only to the original consumer of the product and is not transferable.  Evidence of purchase (sales receipt, invoice or packing slip) will be required on all items returned for repair or replacement.
